The K23060 Salt in Crude Analyzer is designed to determine the salt content within crude oil. It measures the conductivity of a crude oil solution in a polar solvent by subjecting the sample with an alternating electrical current. Salinity testing results are obtained by direct comparison to a calibration curve of known salt mixtures.

The K24870 Automatic Microscale Vapor Pressure Analyzer is used to measure the vapor pressure exerted in vacuum by volatile, liquid petroleum products, hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon oxygenate.
This instrument is suitable for testing liquid petroleum products with boiling points above 0°C that exert a vapor pressure between 7 and 150 kPA at 37.8 °C at a vapor to liquid ratio of 4:1.
Also suitable for testing volatile, liquid chemical samples with temperatures between 0 – 120°C at a vapor-to-liquid ratio between 4:1 and 0.02:1.
