You'll engage and build professional relationships with existing customers while growing your client base. You'll skilfully field telephone enquiries while processing orders and quotes accurately and in a timely manner.

What you'll need to show us:
- Sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (Essential)
- The ability to work autonomously with an enthusiastic approach to work and a positive team attitude (Essential)
- The ability to use your initiative to find resolutions for clients in a timely manner. (Essential)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail (Essential)
- A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction (Essential)
- A science qualification; experience in a lab environment or scientific sales; and/or technical knowledge of laboratory consumables and equipment (Preferred)
